Anniversary cards

Wedding anniversaries are like buses in my house, nothing for the whole year then both my parents and my boyfriends parents are within the space of 3 days! So to make life a little easier I've basically done the same card for both, just in different colour tones. I've kept the designs quite simple, simply because I love the February Clarity club stamp and wanted the focus to be on that.

Here's a close up of the stamp

And great news is, both sets of parents loved their cards!

Ingredients:
8x8 card base
Cream & Green pearlescent card - Create & Craft
Ribbon & Flowers - my crafty stash
Stamp - Clarity Stamps (February club stamp)
Embossing folder - Crafters Companion Embossalicious Elegance folder
Scalloped branch & flourish dies - Spellbinders

I am entering these cards into the following challenges:

  2. Such and elegant card. I know what you mean about them being like buses as in my house we have my sons birthday, parents anniversary (which this year they renewed their vows), mums birthday, mothers day, eldest sons birthday. Thank you so much for playing along with JIC this week from Sian (DT Co-Owner)

  7. Hey Wendy. Beautiful card, great idea of doing two different colour schemes. I always scourge myself with feeling the need to do two opposite cards, at busy times! Love your stamp, I'm a big Beatles fan so particularly partial to it ;) Thanks for joining our challenge this month over at Craft for the Craic :)
