Victorian Lady Notebook

This week is Drunken Stampers turn for the challenge. Good broad subject this week

http://drunkenstampers.wordpress.com/

Decided to try something different this week and have a change from doing cards. I have instead done a notebook.

I've never had much success with gilding flakes, but after watching Indigoblu on C&C I thought I'd try again and was quite pleased with how it worked out. As should be the way with crafting, I did get quite messy, but what 's glue for if not to get messy!

Why not take a look and see what the rest of the DT have done and while your there, have a bash at becoming this weeks Life of the Party.

Ingredients:
Wood grain card - Kanban
Victorian image stamp - Indigoblu Elizabeth Bennet A6
Gilding Flakes - Indigoblu Autumn Blaze
Glue - Indigoblu Flitter glue
Corner die - Spellbinders Gold Elements One
Hat pins - Home made by me!
All other embellishments - From my crafty stash

I am entering this into the following challenges

  16. What a lovely notebook! Thank you for sharing it with us at Crafty Cardmakers. The worst thing about gilding flakes is if you accidentally sneeze... *grins*
