Leonie Pujol Stamps & Stencils

I just HAD to get Leonies new stamps and Stencils/Masks when I saw them on Monday evening. I received them yesterday and got playing last night. Really pleased with how they came out, particularly so with the Explore sample, love the monochromes and loved getting messy with Sparkle medium!

Explore stenciled with Imagination Crafts Sparkle Medium, stamped with
Coffee Archival ink and dusted with Walnut Stain, Wild Honey & Tea Dye
Distress Inks.

Family mask, dusted with Bundled Sage & Tattered Rose Distress Inks,
stamps coloured with Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens.

Love mask, dusted with Fired Brick & Mustard Seed Distress Inks,
Stamps coloured with Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens.

Create masked onto Stampbord, dusted with Stream & Wild Plum
Adirondacks. Stamped with Stream as well and scraped small bits away.

Thank you

Well I had a fabulous but exhausting day yesterday at the NEC and spent a bit too, probably more than I anticipated!
I just couldn't resist the piercing boards for the Groovi system, knowing that it was just a matter of time before I got them and also invested in the Clarity punch to.
For this card, I've used the straight piercing boards for the piercing in the centre and the outside and the diagonal board for the dotted embossing on the circle frame.

Life of a Swallow

For this project I've used the first two stamps from this years Clarity Design club.
For the flock of Swallows, I cut my own mask and built up the images, they have then been coloured with Spectrum Noir pencils.
Then having covered all three swallows with masks and making a narrow corridor, I've used three different Adirondack ink pads, Sunshine Yellow, Sunset Orange & Twilight Purple and dusted them over the area with the Clarity brushes for the background and edged it with a wiggly black line.
I've then placed the sentiment to the right of the Swallows and edged the whole piece with black marker pen to give the effect that it's mounted on black card.

Roses are Red

Wow, shock horror, I've actually blogged!!!!!
For today's card I've used my trusty Groovi board.......again! Yes I know I have a slight obsession with this piece of equipment.
1: Stamp your image in the centre of a piece of parchment and leave to dry.
2: Using the A5 Groovi board, from the Clarity Groovi Club, emboss the letter boxes and fill with your chosen wording.
3: Using the the Ovals Nested Groovi Plate, emboss the largest oval and the oval that just touches the letter boxes.
4: Fill the in between area of the ovals using the Sprig Pattern Groovi Plate.
5: Using Lace Groovi Border Plate 1, go around the edge of the outer oval.
6: Using Groovi Border Plate 2, emboss a frame around the design with the double line.
7:Carefully cut away the centre oval, leaving in the image and words.
8: Colour on the reverse with pencils (I've used Spectrum Noir Pencils)
9: On a separate piece of parchment, emboss a sentiment from the Occasions Border plate.
10: Emboss a decorative line, leaving a gap where the sentiment lies (I've used the rope from Border plate 2)
11: Mat & layer and mount onto an A5 card.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
